Is Presidents week a good time to visit?

Thinking about it for 2004! If not then, when. We're limited by school vacations. And we need a time for a whole week given that it's a cross country trip. SO....From Crowds to weather, when's the best time to go - summer, feb vacation week or easter vacation (this is usually 3rd week of april for us regardless of when easter is) And for those that have done both DL and WDW, how do the crowds compare?

I'm wondering, also. We're planning a family reunion in Anaheim for that week and I'm wondering if the parks are going to just be a zoo?!?

Doesn't anyone have any experience regarding crowds in February?
