Is POP CENTURY Resort still half vacated?

....was kinda creepy to see some buildings at this newer resort boarded up vacant last year; but what is Disney gonna do if there's an economic slump and demand is way down...

The "Legendary Years" of POP Century is now becoming the Art Of Animation Resort and construction is in progress. It is expected to open in 2012.
