I had a kids stay, play and dine free deal for the spring but couldn't use it.:headache: Now we can go to WDW in the fall, and the only code under our name is for discounted room rate(don't know the %). The FD offered to the general public is cheaper.

With all the talk of codes on the boards, I feel like I am the only one not getting a fantastic deal. It seems like I am the only one in the world that is just going to book FD thru Disney without some other special deal.

Does $3104.94 sound too much or am I getting a good deal?:confused3

8 days, 7 nights CBR standard room and FD
2 adults, 3 children
6 day passes with PH
airfare, taxes, and insurance

I just need veteran DISers opinions. Thanks!:)

First let me say, I have never received a pin code either. Don't feel bad some of us are just not meant for codes LOL. I think the free dining is a great deal. If you can afford it go for it and have a blast!!:thumbsup2

Well, we finally got a code - it was an upgrade to the water parks for a savings of $116, not exactly a whopper. I think the free dining is a great deal, and if you can swing it, why not go. We took advantage of the buy 4/3 deal in January, we could only go for 5 nights but we went anyways! My kids had a blast - I hope your's will too. I had so much fun that I am going back during free dining, but its a girls trip only, so my kids don't know I'm going :rotfl:! Enjoy!

I didn't run numbers, but the fact that it includes airfare for 5? That is a pretty decent price, I mean, that would be almost $1000 right there, right? I would have booked it unless I knew the airfare was way off. The only thing I would change is the days on the hopper...go for 8 if you have 8 days!
Have a great trip!

Kids are all under 10 yo? Date of the the reservations?

The ages of the kids would help.

Coming from Phl in sept will costs us 800.00 for a Saturday/ Saturday stay.
Airtran R/t park hoppers for 6 days. MNSSHP for Tuesday. Free dining.

I looked into CSR and it broke my heart but to save 600.00 for each room I looked into POP Century.

Kids that are under 10 are cheaper-- kids under 3 are free.

The dates matter too, the rack rate is different for different times of the year.

that sounds like a good deal if your airfare is include. We are a family of five staying PORS from Nov 16-24 with 3-9 free. It is costing us $2600. Then we still need to get there. right now it looks like we will driving. I have a minivan reserved for $384 and hoping for airfare for around $700. That would total our package to $3684.

the airfare for 5 from PHL is @$700, which is phenomenal.:scared1: My youngest is 1, so we will take 1 day off from the parks, and our last day our flight leaves at 11:45 so no parks that day.

Kids are 8, 5, and 1 1/2. Dates are 9/23-30.

That sounds like a deal. We originally wanted to go early to mid Nov but it was too much money.

9/23-9/30/09

Thanks all!:goodvibes

Thanks so much! BTW, fins up fellow parrothead!:offtopic:

You are going in the value season so the rack rate on the room is less than our time which is regular. We are paying $170 a night. The difference is probably paying for the park hopper option which we did not get. I would also get the max amount of days. Once you pass 4 days it is only like 3-4 dollars a day more.
