Is photopass available at CRT and BOG?

They are in the lobby with Cinderella, although you have to purchase that photo if you want it and don't have Memory Maker (it used to be given to all parties as part of the dining experience).

Photopass should be with the Beast in the library like any other character meet.

You will have to take your own pictures inside the castle at CRT with all the other princesses.

Cinderella is at the beginning of CRT and then you can take your own pictures with the princesses that come to your table. BOG the picture with the Beast is at the end of your meal.

No character meal has a photographer inside the meal. It would be a mess. But pretty much every one has an official picture either in the beginning or end of the meal. I can't think of one that doesn't in fact, although its not necessarily with a character (such as Chef Mickey).

A PhotoPass photographer follows Stitch, and only Stitch, around for breakfast at 'Ohana.
