IS Philharmagic FASTPASS?

So many sites refer to Philharmagic as FASTPASS, but the Disney site itself does not designate Philharmagic as FASTPASS, so which is it? If it is no longer FP, do you know why? Also, Haunted Mansion is now officially listed as FASTPASS, but the Disney site is the only site which recognizes this. Is that true?

Also, can you pick up a FASTPASS to Jungle Cruise even before it opens? (I believe it opens an hour later than MK does....)

First of all, welcome to DIS!

FWIW, when we were there in January there were Fast Pass machines for Philharmagic and Haunted Mansion. However all machines were covered. Maybe they are in the process of doing away with FP for these attractions . I don't think FP would be needed for Philharmagic other than the very busiest times of the year. That theater is huge.

Regrading Jungle Cruise, I can't help you on that one. We always start at Tomorrowland .

During our January visit, the FP machines at Haunted Mansion and Philharmagic were not being used.

I know I picked up a FastPass for Jungle Cruise when the park first opened. I always get one on the way to Splash Mountain, but I didn't look to see if it was running yet. Sorry.
