If you are willing to take that survey that he's trying to give the link too, I was just over on the debate board and there's a thread there with a working link.

I get 2 emails with pms from Pete..try to access survey.."page cannot be displayed"..log on here to check and see who else is having the same problems..cannot access my pms at all now..and when trying to go to the debate board as a couple of you suggested to try and take the survey..get the same 'page cannot be displayed' screen..more problems with the boards I guess!
