Parking at the Theme Parks is NOT a member perk.

If you are staying on property or have an annual pass, you are entitled to free parking at the theme parks.

No, your member card does not get you free parking. Only your parking pass while staying on site gets you free parking. OR...If you have an Annual Pass you get free parking no matter where you are staying.
