Is Park hopper pass needed??

We love to park hop. One time we seen fantasmic, illuminations and wishes all in one night. Yes it can be done. You do have to know how to use the transportaion and move quicky. we had a blast. But we always park hop no matter how long we stay.:jumping2: :jumping2: :jumping2: :jumping2: :jumping2:

we have always got the hopper option because you never know when you want to go back and see something or go back and buy something. They don't sell the same stuff at all the parks. Just knowing that you have the option to hop is worth the money for me. I'm going in Oct. and we also bought the fun and more option this time. We are staying for 9 days and blizzard beach and typhoon lagoon is going to be great just knowing that its already paid for. This also includes Disneyquest that my 11 year old son is looking forward to going. We went to the Disneyquest in Chicago about 8 years ago but he was to young to remember. Either way you decide, you will still have fun!!!!

How do you decide if it is worth the 240.00 extra or not??
It's hard to be spontaneous with several small children. Find one park and stick to it for the day. You won't miss the hoppers. I'm sure you can think of a better way to spend that money. ;) I canceled our hoppers and plan to buy tickets to MNSSHP with the extra $190 we saved.

Like others have said, I want the freedom to switch parks if one gets too crowded, go to the resort for a rest and then hit another park in the afternoon, etc. I never thought about planning our trip without the hoppers.

Hello my name is Meg and I am a Disney Commando. :bounce: :Pinkbounc

That being said, the only day I do not Park Hop is either arrival or departure day and that all depends on flight time. Yes, I don't travel with children, but my mother did and we never did not hop. I guess some things are just genetic! :Pinkbounc

We debated this too and decided not to. We will be there for 7 days and I think we will still have plenty of time in each park, even with an afternoon break. I am the type of person who likes to do everything in one park before moving on though, so I dont miss anything or forget something. That is just me though. I think the money can be better spent elsewhere.
