Is online check in still opening early?

We're on the Wonder Vancouver-San Diego Repo on 9/30, and our Silver check in date is 7/2. For our last two cruises I was able to complete the check in starting at 7 p.m. Eastern before the activities window opened at midnight. Is that not still the case? According to DU we've definitely paid in full but it's not showing me the option of getting started yet.

Yeah last week people were saying around 8-8:30pm EST
