Is One MVMCP Enough?

I can't decide between doing one or two MVMCP.

I'd have a hard time fitting two into my schedule, but I want to be sure I'd be able to see all of the entertainment offered if I do only go once.

Last year I went to MNSSHP twice, and the second time seemed mainly like I was just repeating everything - seeing the parade, fireworks, and villians show mutiple times. Which isn't necessary.

But at the same time, I don't want to miss things like character greetings, or whatever.

Any advice?

I've been to MVMCP and I think once is enough. When are you going? If you are going during a really crowded time (close to Christmas) you may need more time. :confused3 We went the first week of December and we had more than enough time - we even saw the parade twice.

You are going to love it!

We had no choice but to go to the last MVMCP this past Christmas. We felt like we really were able to accomplish everything. We even waited in a LONG line to get a picture with Belle (in her Christmas gown) and the Beast. We did all the "biggies" including the show at the Galazy theater, the parade, fireworks, and a stop for cookies and hot cocoa. We also rode several rides, mostly between our 4:00PM entrance and the start of the party.

We found Tour Guide Mike especially helpful in getting everything done in one evening.

Have fun! :santa:

I was thinking of going the 11th, so about two weeks before Christmas week. I don't really care if I actually ride the rides that night, since I have about three days in the MK other then that, and am going to MVMCP mainly for the specials.

Funny you should mention that, Belle in her Christmas gown is the one character I really want to have my picture with - especially since I already have my pic with her in her regular blue dress, and her yellow Cinderellabration gown.

Guess I should look at his plan. I just subscribed to TGM yesterday, and already feel I have my $20 worth from his tips. Can't wait to put them to use. :goodvibes

As long as you don't go on a Friday night, you should be ok. The earlier you go, the less crowded it will be. The closer you get to Christmas, the more crowded. Fridays sell out first. One of the problems is that they really pack a lot into it, so you have to decide what the priorties are. We tried to take in all of the special holiday stuff that isn't normally there.

If money isn't an issue, you could do two if you wanted, but one should do it.

Where was Belle in her Christmas dress?? I just found Belle's red Xmas dress for DGrD (3) at TJ Maxx for $14.99 !! - I thought I'd let her wear it to MVMCP - wasn't even thinking I could get her pic taken with Belle in matching dresses ! :smooth:
I'm taking her by myself, so plan on doing 2 MVMCPs since she is so little she'll probably fall asleep in her stroller early - that way we can spend one night seeing the early shows and another night getting pics with characters and riding a few rides- and I can spend the rest of each night just pushing her around and soaking up the Christmas atmosphere! :goodvibes

When 2 years in a row and thinking to make it 3.
