I just dont understand how one person could kill 2 people, with a knife, and not be bruised or have more than a small cut above the knuckles of one hand. He had to have been close enough to both vicitms to stab them and nobody punched him, scratched him? nothing?? Who was that surveillence guy watching???
Or quite possibly an incompetent investigator. And an incompetent jury.
Watching the Is OJ innocent series. Im about half way through the last episode. Should have stopped watching last night. What is wrong with every single detective looking at that timecard? They are so focused on the fact the the first punches were hand written. Does anyone notice there is a punch at the bottom of the card for Sunday? You cant have 2 Sunday punches in one week. The hand written must be for Monday. Also the former "busboy" stated the chefs leave around 9 - 9:30 on Sundays, though the Sunday Jason did punch, at the bottom for the card, clearly shows he left at 10:20pm. These people are looking at the wrong card. WE 06/19 was a Sunday. They should be looking at WE 06/12. Ughhhhh.
And an incompetent jury.
I'm not saying he's innocent or guilty - I don't know, since I wasn't there. But one thing I've never been able to wrap my head around is how a 50-year-old man with arthritis was able to kill two people half his age. Further, both victims were in peak physical condition (one of them was a ski instructor).
He wasn't a 50 year old man with arthritis. He was a 46-year-old retired NFL running back. 6-1, 212poundI'm not saying he's innocent or guilty - I don't know, since I wasn't there. There are plenty of average Americans that go to trial and are found not guilty. They simply don't make the headlines.Just more proof that the legal and economic systems of this country are stacked against the average American. The rich and powerful live by different rules.
I didn't watch the latest show, but I did watch the original trial many years ago. Guilty with very savvy lawyers.
The jury wasn't incompetent, the prosecution was. They made a mess of that case from the beginning. I don't blame the jury at all for finding him not guilty. I still think he did it, or at least had something to do with it, but beyond a reasonable doubt? Not with the evidence presented in the trial.
