Our DD (18) is a vegetarian and we ate at Ohana last December. I'm not sure that you get the same vegetarian dish every night, but what they made for her was a platter of rice, noodles and seasoned tofu with a lot of fresh vegetables, some served tempura style. Several of us "poached" from her dinner because it looked so good. I'm pretty sure she could have asked for more too. There are no dinner menus, so you just have to let your server know about the need for a vegetarian plate when you are seated.
