Hi all,
I was planning on taking the kids into the city tomorrow - I just read that the LIRR was expecting to be "close to normal" for tomorrow morning's commute. The plan is to take the train in, and see the tree, windows, Times Square, TRU, etc... (you know, the whole tourist thing!)
So just wondering if those in NYC can give it to me straight, is it worth it? Will we be able to get around okay?
Thanks,

The biggest problem is the slush - it is everywhere! Be sure you have warm, water-proof boots with your pants tucked in (Fashion, Be Damned!) That being said, if you are dressed right and are patient, there is no reason not to go and have a good time! Enjoy!
