Is National still on Disney property?

I see that the "official" rental company has changed. We want to rent from a company that's onsite in case there is a problem with the car. Last time the car we picked from National's MCO lot had a bad tire and DH just drove over to the National lot onsite and switched the car...very convenient!! So...are they still there?

Alamo is now the Official Car and they are both onsite at the airport and WDW.

National still has a rental office located in the same place on Disney Property.. they are no longer the official company, but they are sharing rental space with Alamo since they are both part of the same company.
