Is National Still at the Dolphin?

I have a reservation with them to pick a car up at the Dolphin on November 16th. Now I see a post here saying that National is no longer at the Dolphin.

Has anybody been there recently?

There was a post this morning saying that it had been closed. National is still listing:

Our Disney Dolphin location is now open for rentals operations only. You'll
process the paperwork at our Dolphin counter, then board our shuttle bus
which will take you to our Car Care Center location. The rental agent at
the Dolphin facility will assign the vehicle and the shuttle bus driver will
have the keys.

National Car Rental

I just called and spoke to National at the Dolphin, They just reopened it today. There is only one girl working there right now. She said ou can do all your paper work there then they will run you over to get the car at the car car center. Then you return the car to the car car center and they will shuttle you back to the parks or hotels. She did say that things are changing so they might get some of the cars back again. But as of right now all cars are being kept and serviced at the car center.

Rember everything is subject to changes right now.
