I would do FOP and go straight to DHS after. I would definitely use uber too.
When we’re at Disney we don’t need a nice dinner as a date night. Last trip we had 2-3 nights without my teens. We did CG one night and Epcot WS another night. WS was so much more fun. Like you we do lots of nice restaurants in our area.
