Is MS open today?

I've been getting a busy signal all morning at MS. Are they open today? If they are, I'll keep trying.

Yup - they're open. Took longer than usual for me to get through - maybe about 5 minutes of busy signals - I've actually never had to wait before, but once I got past the busy signal, my call was taken right away. Good Luck!

I started dialing at 8:58... I got right through the minute they opened, I knew they'd be busy today. They are scheduling the Thanksgiving weekend the next few days... Then theres the early December rush... The next few weeks you will see a very noticeable delay in reaching MS....
