Is MS open on 12/14 & 12/31?

Was wondering if they close for Christmas and NYE. I'll planning a July/ Aud vacation and need to call daily. Thanks

Yes, they are open on Christmas Eve.

I spoke with member services today and the cast member said they will be open till 3pm on New Year's Eve!
