Is MS going to change the crowd pattern at EPCOT?

I am off to WDW Aug 1-9. Various sources indicated that Sunday would be the least crowded day for EP, so I was planning on going to EP on Aug 3. (PSB PS has been made for that day as well.) However, I read a thread on this board that AP holders get to preview Mission Space on Aug 1-3. Does that mean Aug 3 is going to be really crowded at EPCOT? We have NO interest in a human centrifuge, nor have AP's. We want to go to EPCOT for TT, a few movies, and international food sampling. IF Aug 3 is bad, what other days during our stay would be a good EPCOD day? Thanks in advance. -yoko

MS will change traffic patterns at Epcot - not sure how much on the day you cited but:

Increased attendence at Epcot especially FW side which will spill into WS as well

More traffic on the MS side - TT/Universe of Energy will get more visitors. This will probably spread out the # of people on The Land/Living Seas/HISTA etc. even more.

EE will probably become busier as well as the onsite crowd catches onto the buzz of the new attraction
