Is Monorail Refurbishment Complete?

Initially it was reported to be completed 3/31, but I read from one source that it would be extended a few weeks (where the resort monorail is down during certain weekday hours). Does anyone know for sure if the monorail is continuing to be down for parts of the day, or is the schedule back to normal?

Stayed at the Grand Floridian villas last week, and used the monorail anytime that we wanted. It was running all during the day last week - a normal schedule.
