We really want to see Who Wants to Be a Millionaire this summer (we keep missing it).
I read on tour guide Mike that they no longer take Fastpasses, but then saw it on an official Fast Pass list, so I don't know what to believe.
Can you help me?
Also, do you know when the shows generally run? How early, etc.?

When we were there last MaRCH - The fastpass machines were gone and they had a CM passing them out. I was told then, they are phasing it out and the only reason they were passing them out, was it was Spring Break and the parks were extremely crowded.

During Christmas week, 2005 they were also passing them out by hand. Same for Playhouse Disney.

I'm guessing they only do this during *extremely* busy times of the year, such as the weeks around Easter, and the week between Christmas and New Years.

It's actually kind of nice, because these FP's don't count against other FP's you're holding. The regular FP machines don't know anything about them... ;)

I was there the first week of January this year and I didn't see any Fastpasses being giving out at all. My advice is to see the first showing if you can, I think it is usually less attended/crowded than the other shows later in the day.

Last week when we were there the show was only listed as running two days out of the week, I think the days were Mon/Thursday but I'm not 100% sure.

Do you think they just run it on certain days during the non-busy times? We'll be there in June, I sure hope it is showing when we are there!

Yes, I expect it will be running every day in June, and without the FastPasses I saw during the week after Christmas...

We haven't been to MGM since 2001 so we are not familiar with "Millionaire" other than what I have read. :confused3 We are going for Christmas this year and was wondering if someone could tell me a little bit more about how it works and how they choose contestants.

Thanks,
