Is Mickeys TOT party worth it for adults?

I asked in another thread and I have to ask again, is it worth it if DH and I are alone on a honeymoon trip to go to the trick or treat party, or will it make us miss the kids too much?

DH says it might be nice to ride the rides without lines and I thought it might be nice to enjoy the party.

Any thoughts?
Have you gone and did you like it?
If we go should we dress up?

I'd go and have a blast! Since there will be kids everywhere in Disneyland anyway, I don't think the ToT party would make you miss your kids any more or less than you already will. Definitely dress up...that's half the fun! We're going this year too and we're going as a 50's couple. I already ordered my poodle skirt! Go and have fun...and congratulations on your wedding! :)

WE haven't done the ToT Party without kids, but we've done a few DL trips without them. (2 this year) We have a GREAT time!!!! I would do it, and I'd dress up too. :) If it was just DBF and I I'd go as the Queen of Hearts or Alice or something like that. :) Or we'd go as a Prince and Princess. :)

Thanks for the input!
Just to be fair... it is actually our anniversary (12 1/2 years- we couldn't go in June) but we call it our honeymoon trip.

It's just weird for us to go to Disneyland without children (I even feel guilty). :lovestruc

But, thanks for the congrats I really appreciate it!

I went both in costume and not in costume and loved it.

I did choose simple costumes. A tie-dyed shirt and some artificial flowers in my hair made a pretty convincing hippie. The second day I was lazy, wore my pin lanyard with my best Halloween pins and told everyone that the costume was a pin trader. ;)

I feel guilty when we go without the girls too, for about an hour and then randomly thru the rest of the trip. But it is soooooooooo much fun without them. A very different type of fun, and yes, when we have gone without them I do find myself turning to point something out that I know they will enjoy and yes I do miss them but it's still fun. :)
