Is ME only for certain hours?

We are arriving at Orlando airport around 10:30 pm and staying at a disney resort.. Can we still expect to get ME at that time of night or do we need to make other arrangements?

I just spoke with a CM today and she reassured me that ME runs 24 hours a day!
