How hard is it to get a ressie this late in the game- going in mid September?

Thanks

Mid September is probably an easy time to get an adr.

I just called, got a 9:00 a.m. (my choice) my family won't go for anything earlier.

This is my DS23 and his best friend 22, birthday trip. My DS has loved Mary Poppins since he was a little guy.  So, I am surprising him by taking him there!! I was going to stay clear of any breakfast TS, but decided to change it.

The nice lady took the two young men's names and gave me the # to call for a birthday cake from there. Granted this will be our 3rd day there, but our first TS together as a family, DS10 will be there too, with us. So I think this will be such a nice surprise.

We got 1900 Park fare 26 days in advance for our past May trip.

Mary Poppins WAS NOT IN the actual dinning area, but she was in the hallway where you can take pictures with her on the bench.

BTW... This was BY FAR the best character dinning we had on our trip!

That's good enough for me. Thanks :thumbsup2

This is a great breakfast! Our favorite as well. Mary Poppins is scheduled to be there, but no character is ever guaranteed! I think we were lucky she was there our morning. She said she woke up with a sore throat and was hoarse! She was very pleasant and sweet!!!!

We had DD9s birthday "party" there this year with a friend from school and her parents and then we went to MK. DD said it was her best birthday ever - of all the parties she has had - and by far the easiest!

Here is the cake I ordered for her. We had a late (11:15 ADR) so it was more like brunch, and little of the cake was eaten so they kept it in the kitchen for me so I could bring it home! It was $25 and very worth it. They do a vanilla version of it as well!

Tara's Birthday Pics - There are pics in this slideshow from 1900 Park Fare too - other are DTD and the movies that we did for b-day as well. There's a pic o of the Fairy Godmother - she was there for dinner when I went back to pick up our cake - she is not at breakfast!
