Is making Dessert Party reservations at midnight still a thing?

My 60 day mark is approaching and I recall a time when you could book Enchanting Extras at midnight in your 60 day mark (even before 6am). Is this still available?

I dont know the answer re timing but I made reservations a few weeks ago and there was much more availability for dessert parties than I ever saw in previous years so unless you are looking to book for a very busy date it may not matter
