Is Luggage Transfer between resorts still happening?

I'm fine with Magical Express not taking our luggage, but we have a split stay in October and I was wondering if the resorts are still doing luggage transfers. We won't have a car, so that would be fun trying to switch resorts lol.

Yes they are! We had our transferred from BWV to Jambo last weekend.

Any chance the 2 posters above that used the service remember how long it took to receive the luggage at the new resort?
We also have a split stay in 2 weeks have been wondering if it would be easier to Uber, but have 9 people in our party.

We checked out at 11 and had our luggage delivered before 1. I don't think that will be the norm as the hotels hit higher capacity. The front desk at Jambo called us to tell us our luggage had arrived and that they would bring it up...definitely not the norm. This was on the 10th when Jambo opened so I think they were looking for things to do.

We've had varied experiences with this service -- some deliveries within a couple of hours, others taking until nearly the end of the day -- but it sure beats taking your luggage on a bus!
