We just returned from our Disney trip and am already planning next years vacation. We love Disney... I am "POOH-Sized" (size 26/28) and have issues fitting in some rides at theme parks such as King's Island and Six Flags.... but have never had a problem fitting on ANYTHING at Disney! So we are definately going back to Disney... but we have never been to Universal and want to try and spend a day there.
DU offers a 1 day/2 park WITH transfer.... meaning tickets to both Universal and IoA for 1 day and transportation from our Disney resort for $114.99 each.
I can ride almost anything... with only 2 requirements... I fit the seats and it doesn't go in circles (I can ride rollercoasters fine, but get dizzy on a merry-go-round). From the looks of it, I would have plenty to do as long as the seats are ok...
The one I am worried about is my Mother... while she isn't confined to a w/c at home, she couldn't make it 5ft at the parks without one. She has back issues that restrict her from many rides... she mainly prefers shows and slower rides. She was able to ride all the slowboat rides in Fantasyland... but the tigger hopping on Pooh hurt.
I have been trying to find ride restrictions online, but not seeing them... I want to know if there is enough that we can do to warrant the extra cost of $242.86 or not.
For those that have been there already, can we get our moneys worth or will be wasting our time... is it worth it for us?
