Is it worth complaining?

I would tell them. Not because I would necessarily expect anything but because I would want them to know. I am an cockeyed optimist who thinks that Disney wants to know when something is less than their standards so they can fix it.

Since you are there, I would probably go to the front desk and ask to speak to the Housekeeping Manager in person. I would explain what you related here. If the Housekeeping Manager is worth his/her salt, they will address it with the employee and make sure that your room is properkly cleaned and outfitted with the appropriate supplies.

I had an incident at OKW several years ago where the room, while not dirty, was shabby. It was probably close to needing a refurb and the carpet was worn in spots, the blinds were broken, the caulking around the tub was cracked in spots and so forth, and a variety of other things. I contacted the Housekeeping Manager. She came to look and agreed that it was in poor condition. She asked if we wanted to move but like I said it wasn't dirty, just a lot of stuff bropken down. We were all settled in so it was easier to stay for the last 2 nights we were there. She did thank me and indicate that she'd be taking it out of the room inventory after we left so they could work on it. Could she have been blowing smoke up my butt? Sure. But I'd like to think that she was sincere and wanted to do a good job.

Also for anyone who thinks Disney doesn't care, just know that each CM has a file much like the guest files that are kept. Every time they get an applause-o-gram or 4 Keys Card it goes on that file. Same goes for negative feedback. If a CM gets too many negatives and the managers also see them as being with in the realm of that CM (so not just a vindictive regular) then they are let go. So if you feel like you were genuinely mistreated by a CM it is always best to let Disney know. Name of CM helps.

Do not call, you will speak to no one at the resort.

Go straight to the front desk and tell them you need to speak the resort manager and don't take no for an answer.

Even if she was a poor housekeeper, her speaking and acting that way is beyond unacceptable.

I agree, def. speak to the resort manager. We had a problem with housekeeping when we checked into Kidani Villas (gross hairs in the tub when we checked in! I called housekeepeing , we went out to dinner, they will still there. ) The manager made sure our room was properly cleaned for the rest of the trip

Once while staying at Pop century in late 2011, we had an awesome maid, friendly and right on point.

Unfortunately, I had hung all my shirts up on the hangers, and the maid had been spraying with some sort of cleaner around the sink and it got all over my shirts and destroyed them like a bleach does. I knew it was the maid, and I had to say something, even though I hated to because the maid was so nice. I made a point to tell the front desk that the maid was so great and I didn't want her to be troubled for it. They ended up giving me a gift card for $250 to spend anywhere at Disney, so I could buy whatever, and said they knew she was great, but maybe got a little carried away with the spray.
:)

Just an FYI and from being close friends with someone who works in the hotel/resort business. If something isn't up to par, call right away and take pictures of what you are talking about. Any interaction with staff should always be noted and recorded if possible. If you wait to complain, it would be like you eating your dinner and then complain after you ate all the food. Must not have been too bad if you ate it all or stayed the whole time and waited until you returned home.

OP
I agree you should inform them in person but I honestly wouldn't mention the I spend over $6,000 a year. It really does not matter how much you spend, nor do they care. Deluxe to value you deserve a clean room and to be treated with respect. Just my opinion on mention of money, but it's your call
