Is it worth calling about this?

I’m trying to book. Room only reservation for next June for my daughter and myself. I put that she will be 10 (because she will be) but in MDE it has her listed as being 11. Says I have to call to fix it if there is a mistake.

Since she is a Disney adult either way, is there any reason for Me to bother calling? I was planning to just change my info and put her as 11 so I can book (even though she will still be 10), but wanted to make sure there wasn’t a reason I should call to change her age in the system instead.

No, no reason, especially now when it is so hard to get through.

I wouldn't call now regardless. The phone CMs are so busy, with long hold times. You can always book it as is now, and call closer to your trip if need be.

I would make sure that it is correct at some point if you plan to make a resort reservation in a few years. You don't want her listed as an adult for a resort reservation a whole year before she turns 18.

My kids were both listed as 10 .. I think it happened when we were getting quotes and i just fill it in quickly..
Cms told me it did not matter because both my kids were older than 8 and we did not have dining.

I feel stupid for asking but is there a difference with her being listed as an adult vs child on reservations when that time comes?

If more than 2 people per room, children under 18 are free.

They charge extra for more than two adults and the cost adds up. I think it ranges from $15 to $25 per person per day depending on the resort.

Yikes! Didn’t realize that!!! Hoping if I book now I can still somehow get them to correct the age in the future...
