OP, does any ride in front of a screen make you feel sick? Here are the rides at US/IOA that are completely or mostly in front of screens (I am sure I am going to forget some!): Spiderman, Kong, Forbidden Journey, Minions, Jimmy Fallon, Escape from Gringotts (although this is an indoor roller coaster, a lot of it is in front of a screen), Simpsons, and Transformers. I believe the new Fast and the Furious ride is mostly in front of screens too.
Personally, I am totally fine on some screen rides and not on others - from experience I have learned to stay away from Forbidden Journey and Simpsons.
That said - I would still highly suggest going especially if you have any interest at all in Harry Potter - Hogsmeade but especially Diagon Alley are amazing - rivaling in the level of detail and imagination anything Disney has done. There are also other rides - Men in Black (although there is a significant amount of spinning in this one - but the ride is real, no screens), ET and Mummy are some of our favorites. And everything in Seuss Land would be open to you - Trolley in the Sky, One Fish, Two Fish, Cat in the Hat and the Caroseussel. We also really like the show Poseidon's Fury - the story line is super cheesy but the special effects are really really cool. The Eighth Voyage of Sinbad is a decent show too.
