I go to character meals all the time, and I'm a solo adult traveler.
Is it weird for 2 adults (35, 54) to go to character meals?
Mom and I have planned Garden Grill, Chef Mickeys and Norway Princess meals. I didn't know if there would be other adults only there. How do the characters interact with just adults? I know everyone is a kid at WDW but I don't want to feel rushed or ignored either.
Thanks!
If you consider it weird, then I assume you also think that them just being at WDW is weird. Not only do I hope they go to the character breakfasts, but I want them to go on Dumbo, Its A Small World, & the Merry Go Round. In fact I want to see them on Dumbo reading the NY Times. Now that would be weird.I'm in the minority. But I think it's a little weird. Not drink-your-own-urine weird or even blue-hair weird... but a little weird.

I am not impressed by your friend. After all, how do we know if he was really reading the paper, he might have just been looking at it. Now, if he would be doing the Sunday CrossWord Puzzle, that would be impressive!!A friend of mine brought a copy of the New York Times to the Tower of Terror. In the ride photo, with everyone screaming, he's reading the paper.

DH and I had great interaction at Chef Mickey's and the Epcot Visa pic stop, not so good interaction with the face characters at 1900 PF. But - that's not stopping us from Tusker House and CP next trip!
To me, there's almost nothing better than getting a hug from an old friend. I wasn't sure I'd care when we went 2 years ago and finally made time for characters, but it just takes you right back to being a child again.![]()
That's some feat!He couldn't -- he had already finished the crossword on Rock-n-Roller Coaster.
Now I am impressed. Has he ever considered going on Americas Got Talent? He would get my vote if he was one of the finalists. He couldn't -- he had already finished the crossword on Rock-n-Roller Coaster.
Interesting...our best interaction was at 1900 Park Fare.
