Is it typical for DU TA to not respond during release day?

I would have called and requested a new TA. My DU TA (Mike F) is super response - even getting back to me on weekends/evenings. Not sure what there is to keep control of?

My reservation. I like a lot of people dislike a third party intermediary who has no vested interest in the outcome. Not sure what’s difficult about that, especially considering you had a post a few weeks ago about not needing or wanting a TA, but for the OBC.

My DU agent didn't get back to me until quite late last night, but I had only asked for quotes as I did not want to lose my placeholders. Glad I did it that way as prices on the Alaska cruises are way out of range. I am not spending that much to cruise the US!
