Mugs - it's hard to say when they will release a new design. The current design has been on sale for about a year now. I miss the old designs that were resort-specific. My AKL mug is my favorite! Since 2012 will be the "Year of More Magic", it wouldn't surprise me to see a new mug design out sometime in the next several months.

I was just at WDW last week and saw 2012 merchandise in the gift shops so it's already arriving! (2012 Holiday merchandise I'm not sure about, but DTD would be the place to look for it.)

Yes!! You will LOVE AKL!! Take time to:

* explore the resort,
* take a walk from Jambo to Kidani,
* explore Kidani,
* check the activities board daily - things like storytelling around the firepit are exclusive to Jambo and Kidani,
* talk to the CMs out on Arusha rock - they have fascinating stories about their families and their culture,
* have a beverage at the pool bar......

The barn is at the far end of Kudu trail. Go out on the exterior stairs - you will often see animals hanging out in that vicinity! (It's where Arusha & Sunset Savannahs meet!)

AKL is a vacation in and of itself (without even setting foot in a park!)
