Hi, We are arriving at WDW on Friday July 18th and I would like to get an OWNERS LOCKER this trip. If I fill out the form before we leave will I be able to get one and fill it before we leave WDW on July 25th?? Thanks, Joan

Don't waste time....contact them right away. I signed up about a month ago and my trip isn't until September, but I felt they were very responsive to my questions and they want new customers so I'm SURE they'll be willing to accommodate you. Happy vacationing!

Give them a call or send an e-mail. We recently had some questions before signing up and they were very responsive. Also, even if the timing is too short to get it started when you first arrive, keep in mind that they might still be able to start it sometime before you leave.

Hi Joan,

Nope, it's never too late and thanks for asking. We operate on pretty much zero notice and we've noticed that since the airlines have gotten silly we're averaging about one panicked call a week from folks on checkout day needing a Locker. We're here to help take the hassle out of vacations...not add to it.

I am very interested in finding out more about OL. I am much more of a 'talk directly to' person. I want to talk live to someone about this service before taking the plunge. Does anyone know what number I can call to get some answers? If not, I will keep using this darn impersonal computer to find out the answer to my question but that is not as fun as talking!!!
