Is it too late to book a Studio room at Hilton Head for early August?

i'm looking into renting points to go to Hilton Head Island Early August. Would want a STUDIO room. I don't want to ask in the renter's board since I am not ready right now to commit myself to a certain day. Is it hard to get a studio room at HHI during this time?

Yes, it is typically very hard to get a studio during the summer at HH because there are very few of them. But, you will never know till you ask.
