Is it too late for me to do the Career Start Program again?

Hi.
I had initially done the career start program in the fall of 06 after I graduated from high school. I enjoyed the experience and even extended my program until May. I was thinking about doing it one last time in the spring of 2011, but when I checked the requirements for the career start program it said that applicants must have graduated high school within the past 48 months. I graduated from high school near the end of June in 2006 and I am 3 months past the 48 months.
I was wondering if they are strict with that rule or if they would be willing to make an exception for me? I didn't want to apply and waste their time so I figured I would ask here.
I can't do the college program because I have not enrolled in college and don't plan on it either.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

last I knew it was you could apply up to 4 years after you graduate. Try emailing or calling them.

Unfortunately they don't make exceptions. It has to be within the 48-month window
