questions like this are probably asked all the time and I apologize for the repeat but I'm working up the nerve to bid and just wondered if I should wait a few months or....just do it now!? I know I may be risking indirect flights, and a possible long itinerary but if the price could be right I cant afford to mess this up. OBTW, can you specify the amount of connections you are willing to take? Any advise welcome.

Go ahead and bid. But check TravelSheryl's Priceline and Expedia Bidding forum to learn all you can about how to bid and about successful bids from your area. I got Milwaukee to Orlando for $100.00 RT (+ $50 Bonus Money) for the first week of November. Prices were around $300.00 at the time. We do not have the best flight times but it is worth the savings to us. We do have one connection and I would'nt choose to have more than that. I also just got O'Hare to Myrtle Beach for $75.00 RT. This is using the $50.00 Bonus Money Priceline is offering. (Also can be found at the forum). Good luck. Make sure you do your homework first.

Martha.
