Is it too early? ...2014 disneyland half

After seeing all this excitement for the upcoming Disneyland half weekend, I'm already plotting how I can get myself there next year. I've yet to run in a Disney race (2014 princess will be my first) but I'm determined to coast to coast next year with DL and PHM! Who's with me.. Sitting on the sidelines this year, but we'll see you next year, Anaheim!

I'm going C2C next year with PHM and DL 1/2 too! I'm actually doing the GSC and hope to register for the DDD, which would give me 7 medals for 4 races. With all the money Disney will be wringing out of me in 2014, it's the least they could do.

And I'm running PHM with my mom too.

DW and I are doing C2C next year also! Does anyone know when registration opens for the DL 1/2? We are going to go next year for our 15th anniversary. She's not sure if she wants to run a half in August, but she will definitely run one of the races that weekend and I'll definitely do the half.

I will have to keep a close eye on it so we make sure we get in next year. DW is not so concerned about the 1/2, but I definitely want to run the 1/2 and get my C2C medal next year!

I'm doing the GSC in 2014 and just had to defer my DDD 2013 so I am already signed up for DDD 2014. 2014 will be my first year doing runDinsey and it'll be a C2C!

I'm planning on doing it for my C2C! Can't wait! I allllmost signed up for this year, but it was a low point in my PHM training, so I wasn't sure if I would even be able to finish that. I regret it all the time, so I'm definitely in for 2014!

Im doing coast to coast this year with DL and W&D. Next year I am trying for the pink medal with Tink and Princess. The registration for DL was 1/22/13. I just found my conformation email lol.

Since that date was after the WDW Marathon Weekend, I wonder if they open registration at MW to runners? That would be great if they did.

I am planning to do the DDD in 2014 and also get my C2C medal! I will be doing the 2014 Marathon WDW, my first Disney race!

I think I read somewhere that people were able to sign up for the Disneyland 1/2 at the marathon expo. I plan on doing that if everything goes well between now and January.

I think they did open limited spots at the expo, but that might have been PHM, not the WDW Marathon.

There was early registration at WDW Marathon, Tinkerbell Half and early registration for Disney Visa, pass holders, etc. before the general admission. I remember that because there was quite a bit of grumbling about how full DDD was before it even was available to the public, so they still should be offered again, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sort of cap on the number of early registrations.
