It is quite cold here in Connecticut......two weeks ago..........a little tease with warm weather........now back to the cold!

SPRING, ya right. It is 32 here, on and off snow, freezing rain, I want to buy a Christmas tree.

YUP!!! It has been gorgeous this week! My Lady Banks Roses are in full bloom, so is the Jasmine, allysum, and daisy bush. It is chilly this am.. 48* but should get to 78* by this afternoon. Here in Hollister we are 30 miles from the Pacific....but we get a good ocean breeze every afternoon. I promise to send some of this sunshine back east!

The other day when it was snowing 3 year old ds was very concerned for the Easter Bunny. "Mommy, it's almost Easter. It's not Christmas anymore. Why is it snowing? Mommy, the Easter Bunny is going to get snow all over his ears" etc., etc. I had to reassure him that the snow will be gone before the Easter Bunny comes. I just hope it is!

We have been mowing the lawn since the end of January, the citrus blossoms are almost gone, traditional spring flowers are starting to end. Summer will be here in 3 weeks, I hope.

Yes, living in the Sonoran Desert has it's good points.

YES!!! It was in the low 80s yesterday, I was even in out in my backyard in a bathing suit top and shorts enjoying the gorgeous day.

Of course it will be back in the 60s by the end of the week but I'm enjoying the WARMTH for now!

It does feel like Spring today. Two days ago it was snowing, but that's all gone. Today it will be in the lower 70's and sunshine. 70's in Colorado with sunshine is a very warm day in April. There are daffodils blooming (I have yet to see tulips) and the grass is beginning to green up. I am sure we'll see more snow in the next few weeks, but, for the moment, it's Spring in Colorado. I am going to a baseball game tomorrow afternoon and planning on wearing capris and a sleeveless shirt. I am very excited!!

I felt like it was the dog days of summer yesterday, and for the past several, 88º and VERY humid at WDW. Came home last night to upper 20's and a few inches of snow here in Chicago.

We have had beautiful weather for the past 3 to 4weeks, only had rain twice which is very strange for Scotland. We had the driest March on record. The temps have been in the high 50's, low 60's some days (here in Scotland we consider this warm )

Nope, No spring here.... 35 today, cold, and still snow on the ground.
We here in Rochester are still getting repaired from an Ice storm we had over the weekend. Just got my power back on after being out for 4 days. yuck....167,000 people without power...

So, we are desperatly waiting for the sun to come out....
