Is it really so hard to eat at P&PP?

I've read a few times of people who said they couldn't find a place to eat dinner during the P&PP. I don't want to dine at LTT or Tony's, so I did some research of what was open on some older maps. Are these still the only places open? And do they at least have their regular menu or is it really only those specific items mentioned on the map (reflected in parenthesis below)?

I will try to help you as we were just at the P&pp last month.

Cosmic Rays is open with a limited menu. Only one bay was open. You could not get Sandwiches and soup.

El Pirata Y el Perico Restaurante is not open. It is actually a pirate treasure spot.

Casey's Corner was open as well as Pecos Bills.

I do not remember the village fry shoppe being open but it could have been.

BOth Liberty Tree and TOny's were open but we were not able to get a seating because they were booked and not taking walkins.

Ahola Isle was open.

We got our snack at the bakery one night and the Ice cream shop the other. They weren't both open tho - one was open one night and closed the other and vice versa.

The Lunching pad was open. HTH
