Is it possible to add any kind of a dining package on to an booking made with DVC points? I know that on EBay, you can buy those meal tickets and stuff, does Disney offer anything like that directly?

If you have an annual pass or are a FL Resident, you can get a Disney Disney Experience Card, which would give you 20% off on most table service meals. The MYW dining plan cannot be added to a points reservation at this time, only room/ticket packages.
