Is it possible to use DME for luggage and not take the bus?

Hi originally we had planned to use Magical Express transportation to get to Disney Resort. However last night I got a great offer for rental car by email.

Is it possible to leave luggage tags on for delivery to hotel without us being on the bus? We are on tight time schedule so sure would be nice to just get off plane and go straight to pick up car and not to have to worry about luggage.

Ok thanks. I had no idea we are new to the DME thing. I think I will just wait for our luggage or take the bus and rent car at the resort.
