We had a lunch reception at Narcoossee's (catered by GF Kitchens). Our plated dinner with salad, duo plate and chocolate slipper and mousse dessert was $72. It helped that it was lunch instead of dinner. It was really a LOT of food. We also had the cheese display for $9.50 a person (which was really good and perfect) and the wedding cake for $8.50 pp (plus the cost of the floral and castle that was added to the cake).
Our menu was
Belgian Endive Salad with Romaine and Champagne Vinaigrette (this was great, it even had blue cheese and walnuts!)
Duo plate with beef filet with Blackberry Demi, mahi mahi with limoncello buerre blanc and mashed sweet potatoes with squash and asparagus (the steak was great, the fish was amazing and the mashed sweet potatoes were wonderful and added color and "something different" to the plate)
Chocolate slipper with mousse (yummy!!)
Everyone raved about the food, but said there was too much!
