Is it possible to get a multi-day, multi-park ticket w/out staying at a Universal resort that offers EE?

I know that getting EP is a no-go without either staying at a Universal Resort or paying for it separately, but I thought I read somewhere that Dreams Unlimited or other travel agencies offer multi-day tickets with the early entry option included (if the park is offering it that day).

Can any of you confirm this info?

You can easily purchase multi-day multi-park tickets from universal or an authorized reseller, but I'm not sure about buying with EE. your best bet is staying at a partner hotel that offers EE if universal resorts are a no-go.

See this thread from earlier today. I was unaware but apparently it's a thing if you buy through a Travel Agent that it's a possibility.
