Is it possible to drop F! package?

We have a reservation for H&V F! lunch on 6/6, but with yesterday's release of the June fireworks schedule, we're going to try to hit F! and the fireworks on 6/5 instead. I don't want to pay the extra cost for the F! lunch package that we won't use that day, but I definitely don't want to lose my reservation (two big Disney Jr fans), so I will if I have to. Do I have any options to drop the F! package? I have my eye out for a regular H&V lunch reservation but no luck yet.

I think you would have to drop the package reservation and find an all new regular (non package) reservation.

you can only cancel the entire reservation and then rebook. Just an FYI the fantasmic ressies have to be cancelled 48 hours in advance not the normal 24 hrs in advance like other ones. I found out the hard way LOL!

I didn't think there was an extra cost for the Fantasmic package? The 48 hour cancellation is correct, but I thought cost was the same with or without the package.

You don't have to cancel. Just tell your server when you sit down that you don't want it and they will charge you the regular price. We've done it twice. We have a tendency to plan fantasmic and then mid day decide we just don't want to hang around. You can easily get rid of it, just not add it.
