Is it possible to benefit from MK ETPE without RDing?

My crew (DH, DS15, DS23 & GF25) will likely get up and go when told to... but they will not necessarily be OK with standing in turnstile lines well before the gates open and definitely won't want to be in the vicinity of RD crowds waiting to race to their first ride. I would like to have the framework of a touring plan that avoids long lines and doesn't involve criss crossing the park multiple times. So, any advice on when to arrive and where to start? If we enter park as ETPE folks are finally allowed into queues can we have some benefit before off-site guests hit lines? Are we better off just letting the two groups get into the park and spread out park opening when all the lands open? I would be happy to hear suggestions from folks with more (and more recent) experience than me. FYI we will have Genie+, we have two MK days (4/4 and 4/7), we PH, we will be at ASMu, we do not drive to parks. I have been watching wait times and Genie+ availability on the app....but just don't have a solid feel for when/where to start.

ETA I am reading through the pinned Everything ETPE thread.... but would still appreciate some specific thoughts and advice.....especially considering that the advice may be to skip ETPE

Almost all of the MK rope drop crowd will be going to Seven Dwarfs, Peter Pan, or Space Mountain.

So you could arrive to the gates at the start of Early Entry, and by the time you get to Fantasyland or Tomorrowland (the only lands open during Early Entry), the rope will have dropped for both lands, and you can avoid being trapped in the crush of people that were waiting at the "rope."

You could do most any other attraction without much wait (Buzz, Pooh, and Small World would probably save the most time vs. riding them later in the day).

Some in my group dislike the rope drop rush so much that we may just head for the Under the Sea Little Mermaid ride, which I figure will give us plenty of time to get over to Frontierland by the time it opens.

Edited to Add: We are going on a sold-out day, so we are trying to be prepared for the worst in terms of crowd size.
