So I go to the gym today, walk/jog on the treadmill fo 2.37 miles, swim a few laps in the pool and then enjoy 20 minutes in the Sauna. I figured that I haven't weighed myself since starting Atkins on MONDAY....so I better see where I am at. I was preparing for the worst because it 's near TOTM and should be retaining some water by now.....so I get on the scale and it claims that I lost 3 pounds. After 3 days is this possible? But I have been working out those 3 days also, maybe that made a differance.


Gotta work on that so people will know I'm married.
