Is it possible FD would be more expensive than SPD?

I priced out POR room only, no discount with the 9 day park hoppers we have on SPD. I wanted to see how much a free dining package would cost. If I figured it right, free dining would be over $300 more than SPD same room category, tickets and dining, is that possible?

We have another thread started dissecting how the SPD works. It is basically a 55% discount on dining and a small room discount on top of that. This has been figured out through research of hundreds of potential booking combinations.

If you give me a little more info on your specific situation I'll take a look.

1) How many adults, how many kids? ETA: (ages too!)
2) What room category at POR?
3) What is your CURRENT total package cost for SPD?

I figured it was something like that.

From what I've seen in all the research, the only way SPD beats Free Dining is for a solo traveler at certain Deluxe resorts for certain dates.
