I posted the other day about my situation. We wanted to switch from AsMo to POP Century. pop was full so we tried to get a room at Carribbean beach, where my sister and her boyfriend are staying. They were all booked up too, and the CM said only POR and POFQ were available, we chose POFQ. My sister tried to switch to POFQ the next day, and they are all booked now! :scared: The dates are june 25th to july 2nd. I can't believe how many rooms that is that are all booked up!

That's the week before the fourth of July too so a lot of people probably take their summer vacations then.

All I can say is to keep trying, cancellations happen all the time. I was trying to get into Pop over June 11-14, and couldn't for awhile - just got a preferred room this morning, that is all that was available - rack rate - no discounts.

I tried to add a night to my ressie (July 2-8, tried to add the 1st) and it was booked :(

July 1st and 2nd are a Friday and Saturday tied with July 4th on Monday I bet a lot of people have planned a 4 day weekend trip to WDW. If you checked openings just until 6/30 I bet you would find plenty of rooms.

wish that your dates matched with mine better. We will be there June 19-June 27th and we have ressies at Pop and want to be at ASM! I keep trying every week hoping there will be a cancellation!

I know the week we are going is horrible! I didn't pick it, my sister did. She thought it'd be nice to get home and have a day to relax (the 4th) before back to work, as if nobody else has thought of that! Also I believe the 2nd is the daytona 500? Which is likely to bring in even more people. I knew it'd be trouble from the start. (I would rather go in august.. but they picked and booked before we could discuss it). I'm sure we will still have a great time!

I was trying to get any moderate for the weekend of the 1st and 2nd. It took about 4 days straight (2x a day) before I was able to get POFQ. Keep trying, I'm sure something will open. Put the 800# on speed dial as I did. Good luck to you

Hi Guys!! Yes, I guess it is possible that everything is booked, but I know at least one previous poster said they just wanted to add one night to their stay, so here's my story...

I tried to add one night to my stay (May 25-June 1) a few weeks ago. I tried two CM's who continuously tried and said the ENTIRE WDW RESORT was booked except for a few deluxe suites. I just couldn't accept that and it turned out the computer was trying to book my whole trip, not just the one evening!!! So, naturally at least one night was not available at all resorts so it kept coming up as booked solid! Finally, someone realized what was happening and I quite easily got to keep my room for an additional night...got to keep my discount code as well!

Anyway, keep trying and ask questions! Good Luck! :flower:

I can believe it. We went during the week of Easter and almost all the hotel was solid booked. And now, the last week of June, it is almost solid booked. I called to add another night and they just keep telling me the SSR and OKW are the only ones available.

Keep calling... eventually when it's time to put the full deposit on their reservation (folks who purchased a package with Disney TA, someone is bound to cancel, or those folks who are five days out may cancel.
