Can anyone tell me more about the 2 bedroom value villas? I know they are all located in Jambo and they are a studio and one bedroom together. Are they all in one section? I thought I read somewhere that there were only 10 of them, 4 savannah view, 4 pool view and 2 parking lot views?

...I believe you are correct on that info...although I don't think any of them are parking lot views...

soooo.... question!

how are the hair dryers in kidani?

i thought maybe since it was newer they might be a little more powerful :confused3

should i bring my own?

I think they are a bit more powerful than some of the hair dryer at older resorts...That was one thing that always drove me nuts, was how long it would take for me to dry my hair in WDW:laughing: They are better at Kidani, IMHO.

has the Arusha savanaha rooms been updated with the flat screens?

Hey all. I had a question that maybe someone can help me out with... does anyone have a picture or know where I can find a copy of some of the activities that are available at the lodge? I am planning on booking a trip in a few days (for October) and while my heart is set on staying at AKL for the first time, my girlfriend isn't 100% sold on it yet (the possibility of not seeing many animals from our balcony is an issue she had which I have been working on as well). I figured if she saw some of the other things going on that she won't worry so much about the animals. Anything any of you can do to point me in the right direction would be a great help.

We plan on booking on her birthday as a little extra gift, but there may be a few suprises for her this trip ;)

TIA.

...any view that is NOT a parking lot or pool view is pretty much guaranteed to have views of animals.....even the higher-floor end of hallway rooms that are pool-view rooms (although not advertised as such) have some views of several of the animals....

PLEASE don't hurt me.... I forgot to take my "me and a ZD picture". :guilty:

I ate about a hundred of them but didn't get a picture. I had saved some for the last morning and was planning the perfect pic, but DS11 ate them while I was in the shower!!!!! :scared1: I blame the kid...

Yeah thats what I keep telling her. She broke onto the Dis one day a few weeks ago and there was a thread about not seeing any animals and she got all paranoid. We visited the lodge in May and fell in love with it, but didn't have too much of a chance to dig too deeply. Any help on the activities that are offered or anything you personally like to do while at the resort?
